




Job Summary: Provide strategic HR support, integrating subsystems such as Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), Performance Evaluation, and Personnel Department (DP), aiming to strengthen organizational culture. Continuous improvement of people management practices Provide strategic HR support with integrated operation across HR subsystems, including Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), Performance Evaluation, and Personnel Department (DP) routines. Implement initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, engagement, and motivation, contributing to the strengthening of organizational culture. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring efficient execution of departmental processes, including timekeeping and administrative routines, as well as overseeing therapeutic application staff routines. Drive continuous improvement of people management practices and support management in decision-making through analysis and key performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in Human Resources and its subsystems: Personnel Department (DP), Recruitment & Selection (R&S), and Training & Development; * Knowledge of performance evaluation, organizational culture, and climate; * Familiarity with behavioral analysis; * Experience with organizational routines and processes; * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in People Management is desirable. Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
