Work Model: On-site, rotating schedule 6x1\. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Saturday, 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Job Objectives: As a Sem Parar Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to execute consistent sales processes aimed at achieving established targets and expanding the customer base in the region. Additionally, you will handle other tasks such as device replacement, returns, and customer service. Responsibilities and Duties: * Provide customers with relevant product information, explain payment methods, and complete sales by requesting personal/PJ documents from customers for registration verification, attaching copies of these documents to the adhesion agreement for contract signing; * Install the identifier on the customer's vehicle front windshield following the manufacturer's instructions; * Provide various customer service activities in accordance with company procedures; * Ensure all processes are recorded in the system, maintaining updated controls and reports; * Submit requests and documentation for credit analysis through the system to approve higher-category sales (trucks/buses) or as per procedure, either directly or via delivery. * Record, monitor, and store inventory of identifiers received from headquarters using proper entry/exit movement logs; * Maintain an organized point of sale; * Correctly use equipment assigned for performing job duties.
