ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Urban BH Shopping team. You will be responsible for supporting store management, ensuring excellence in customer service, achieving commercial targets, and leading the sales team. If you are passionate about fashion, possess leadership qualities, and seek professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** \- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring achievement of targets and performance indicators \- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment \- Monitor and analyze commercial metrics (revenue, average transaction value, conversion rate, sales per labor hour) \- Ensure excellence in customer service and shopping experience \- Supervise store organization, visual merchandising, and product replenishment \- Perform store opening and/or closing as scheduled \- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees \- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory standards \- Act as store representative in the Store Manager’s absence **Requirements and qualifications** \- Completed high school education (college enrollment or degree is a plus) \- Prior leadership experience in retail (fashion experience is a plus) \- Skills in team management and people development \- Results-oriented mindset with strong goal focus \- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills \- Knowledge of retail KPIs \- Availability to work on shopping mall schedules (including weekends and holidays) **Additional information** \- Medical assistance \- Dental assistance \- Meal/food allowance \- Transportation allowance \- Pharmacy benefit We are built on passion, attitude, and authentic affection.
