Communication and interpersonal relationship skills GRAU TÉCNICO DIVINÓPOLIS FRANCHISE IS HIRING: PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATOR Salary: BRL 3000.00 + average performance bonus of BRL 600.00 per month The professional will be responsible for pedagogical coordination, students, and instructors at the school, primarily performing the following activities: Pedagogical dropout control; hiring and periodic evaluation of instructors; pedagogical meetings with instructors, parents, and students; ensuring compliance with all metrics required by the franchisor; systematic monitoring of pedagogical and employment agency indicators; and other related duties. Proactivity, self-motivation, systemic vision, commitment, negotiation skills, emotional balance, conflict management, resilience, teamwork spirit, and excellent personal relationships, articulation, and argumentation with students, as well as oral and written communication. Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency. Full Microsoft Office suite. Health insurance after 3 months: UNIMED – 90% of monthly premium covered for employees and direct dependents (e.g., children).
