**PURPOSE**

The Nursing Technician will provide technical support in occupational health, delivering first aid, organizing medical records, monitoring occupational health examinations, assisting in preventive campaigns, and ensuring operational support for the health team—all aimed at safeguarding employee safety, prevention, and quality of life.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Assist in occupational health programs.
* Participate in internal campaigns such as Pink October, Blue November, accident prevention, and ergonomics.
* Support the delivery of training sessions and awareness lectures.
* Administer first aid in urgent and emergency situations.
* Perform nursing procedures under supervision (e.g., wound dressings, vital signs measurement, medication administration).
* Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Education: Completed Technical Nursing program with active registration at COREN.
* Specialization: Technical Occupational Nursing course (preferred).
* Experience: Prior experience in occupational health or outpatient clinical settings is a plus.
Desired knowledge:
* Regulatory Standards: NR-7, NR-9, NR-17, NR-32.
* First aid and Basic Life Support (BLS).
