The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will work within Network Engineering, focusing on studies, development, and implementation of supply chain projects for national and international inbound and outbound flows, directly impacting Stellantis plants across South America, with the objective of optimizing processes and reducing logistics costs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and analyze the feasibility of national and international inbound and outbound logistics flow studies, transforming them into implementable projects; * Monitor, track, and actively manage and develop supply chain projects; * Foster synergies across internal departments to enable project development and implementation; * Track supply chain department goals, KPIs, and deliverables; * Contribute to new project initiatives aimed at process optimization and cost reduction; * Participate in Global BID activities and readiness planning for new vehicle models; * Develop and implement packaging projects, container saturation improvements, logistics route redesign, and logistics cost mitigation initiatives; * Propose improvements to vehicle distribution flows and initiatives to reduce costs associated with waiting time, demurrage, and air freight. **Requirements** -------------- **We expect you to have:** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or Logistics; * Knowledge of production systems and logistics flows; * Experience in managing and developing supply chain projects; * Advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of finance applied to logistics projects. **The following would be considered advantageous:** * Experience with supply chain innovation; * Knowledge of logistics network redesign; * Experience in packaging projects and transportation optimization; * Collaboration with departments such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics Engineering, Product, Finance, and Customs. **Benefits** -------------- Disclosed during the interview **About the Company** ------------------- At Stellantis, we evaluate candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
