Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to support leaders and staff in Food and Nutrition Unit (UAN), quality, and administrative activities. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct quality inspections and temperature measurements **Position Summary:** We are looking for an intern to join our team! The candidate will be responsible for the Food and Nutrition Unit (UAN), quality, and administrative areas, supporting leaders and staff in related activities. **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor and guide food, kitchen, and utensil hygiene procedures; * Provide support regarding food portioning and proper food storage; * Conduct quality inspections of products used in service; * Perform temperature measurements of food and equipment, as well as sample collection; * Assist in guiding employees on established hygienic\-sanitary procedures; * Monitor and guide the operational team on good hygiene practices. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Nutrition or Food Engineering program, from the 6th semester onward; * Interest in enhancing knowledge in UAN and quality areas; * Easy access to the Lourdes neighborhood \- Belo Horizonte/MG; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Meals provided by the company. **Compensation:** * Monthly internship stipend of R$ 850.00.
