We make things happen—always with great courage, boldness, and enthusiasm to surpass results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and lead logistics operations (carried out by a third-party operator), including product receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping—aiming to optimize processes and costs * Lead yard management * Ensure all logistics operations comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and safety requirements * Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stocktaking, and guarantee accuracy of quantities and proper warehouse organization * Analyze and track area performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery time, operational costs, and customer satisfaction—continuously seeking performance improvement * Prepare reports on logistics operations performance, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions for process optimization * Control logistics costs and implement measures to reduce expenses without compromising service quality * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, addressing logistics-related issues and resolving problems when necessary **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience in the logistics field * Experience managing teams * Knowledge of inventory, transportation, distribution, and warehousing management * Familiarity with logistics management tools (ERP, WMS, etc.) * Willingness to work on-site in Uberaba/MG  **Additional information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
