Your responsibilities will include: * Serving customers in person, by phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Identifying parts and components for heavy machinery using catalogs and systems. * Preparing quotations and advising customers on optimal choices. * Negotiating commercial terms and tracking orders until sale closure. * Maintaining customer relationships and following up on quotations. * Recording information in the CRM and monitoring sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Commercial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields**. * Prior experience in parts, auto parts, or similar sales sectors is a plus. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interest in learning technical sales. * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office and CRM**.
