Employee support for labor-related inquiries ✅ **Responsibilities:** **Human Resources:** Support in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and feedback); Onboarding of new employees; Benefits control and administration; Support in performance evaluation follow-up. **Payroll Department:** Support in hiring, termination, and contract management routines; Electronic timekeeping, attendance tracking, and hour bank management; Support in payroll closing and labor charges calculation; Vacation, leave, and documentation control for employees; Employee support to clarify labor-related questions. Stipend: R$1\.400,00 \+ R$ 200,00 cost-of-living allowance.
