Requires proactivity, organization, and active follow-up About the Opportunity We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to serve as the central point for customer service and relationship management with our office’s clients. This professional will be responsible for organizing, directing, and tracking customer requests, ensuring high-quality service, prompt responses, and effective delivery monitoring. **Important:** This is not an administrative or secretarial position. The role demands proactivity, organization, and active tracking of requests and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level customer support (phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail) Receive and route calls and requests to internal stakeholders Track request progress with the team Conduct follow\-up after interactions to ensure resolution of requests Monitor whether requests have been fulfilled or remain pending Track customer satisfaction Support client retention and relationship management with the client portfolio **Requirements:** Experience in customer service, relationship management, or active reception Strong verbal and written communication skills Organization and request management capabilities Proactivity in tracking and following up on internal responses Preferred Qualifications Experience in accounting firms Knowledge of administrative routines Experience serving multiple clients Behavioral Profile Communicative and friendly individual Organized with attention to detail Proactive (not merely forwarding requests but actively tracking them) Strong sense of responsibility Ability to handle diverse situations and customers Benefits **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG – Prado Neighborhood **Company:** Accounting Firm **Compensation:** R$ 2\.000 to 2\.500 **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Work Mode:** On-site
