Support for HR communication projects and volunteer initiatives **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 TO 17:30 **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Fixed-Term Contract* Planning of events and initiatives under the HR area's responsibility; * Supporting HR projects and programs requiring communication actions; * Communication planning: briefing, development of communication plans, approval of deliverables; * Content creation for internal communication (HR-to-HR / managerial) and external communication; * Execution of HR events and initiatives aimed at team engagement; * Support for demands and events organized by other HR departments; * Assistance to the team in creating materials for the board; * Support for the company's volunteer initiatives. **Requirements:*** Required: Social Communication degree * Preferred: Journalism degree * Prior experience in corporate content production (scripts, presentations, etc.); * Proficiency in Spanish (preferred); * English (preferred) * Familiarity with AI-powered platforms for corporate content creation. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
