Field deployment in Mobile Units (Belo Horizonte and interior of Minas Gerais) for 7 to 10 days. Main Responsibilities: * Commercial customer service * Debt negotiation * Issuance of duplicate invoices * Customer data update and hands-on experience with the SAP system * Complaint registration and follow-up Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM \| 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Sat: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.059,00 Benefits offered to employees: Transportation allowance Meal allowance: R$ 21.17 per business day (5% payroll deduction) \+ additional amount during travel Hapvida health plan (with co-payment) Dental plan: R$ 13.18/month Life insurance Online psychological support Gym partnership Other quality-of-life initiatives offered by the company Requirements: * Completed high school education * Experience with the SAP system * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) * Availability for travel to Belo Horizonte and the interior of Minas Gerais for 7 to 10 days in the field.
