Field deployment in Mobile Unit (Belo Horizonte and interior of Minas Gerais) for 7 to 10 days. Main Responsibilities: * Commercial customer service * Debt negotiation * Issuance of duplicate bills * Database updating and hands-on experience with SAP system * Registration and follow-up of complaints Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM | 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Sat: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Salary: R$ 2.059,00 Benefits offered to employees: Transportation allowance Meal allowance: R$ 21.17 per business day (5% payroll deduction) + additional amount during travel Hapvida health plan (with co-payment) Dental plan: R$ 13.18/month Life insurance Online psychological support Gym partnership Other quality-of-life initiatives offered by the company Requirements: * Completed high school education * Hands-on experience with SAP system * Driver's license category B * Availability for travel within Belo Horizonte and interior of Minas Gerais for 7 to 10 days in the field.
