Position: Receptionist** We are seeking a professional to provide public service, offering guidance and instructions to patients (in person, online, and by phone), performing system registrations and appointments, submitting health insurance authorization requests, delivering test results, maintaining administrative records, and supporting the Quality Management System. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service is desirable; knowledge of Clinical Laboratory is an advantage.
