PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Psychologist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and hours will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon notification; the candidate must inform availability for the scheduled hours. Candidates who decline the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 22 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 3522\.26 **UNIT:** BR 040 Highway, Km 471, Tres Poderes Gas Station, Eldorado \| Sete Lagoas MG \- 35701970 **Job Summary:** Provides psychological counseling aimed at diagnosing and assessing patients’ emotional, mental, and social adaptation disorders, investigating unconscious behavioral factors to render them conscious, clarifying conflicts, and accompanying patients throughout treatment until discharge; additionally participates in the development and execution of health-related initiatives and campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). **VERIFICATION:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the relevant Regional Psychology Council. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the Council will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL PRACTICE. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service provided, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous professional payment receipt (RPA), specifying duties performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
