Development in a collaborative environment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break; **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship **Position located in São Sebastião do Paraíso\-MG** Responsibilities: * Serve cooperative members via telephone, chat, and e\-mail; * Identify and resolve cooperative members’ problems and inquiries; * Record information regarding service interactions in the system; * Offer products and services; Contact cooperative members for after\-sales follow-up and welcome communications; * Participate in events, training sessions, and team meetings; * Stay updated on products and services offered by the cooperative; * Perform other related tasks as needed or as directed by immediate leadership and area-specific procedures. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Basic computer skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills—clear, patient, and empathetic; * Must reside in São Sebastião do Paraíso; * Preferred Qualification: Experience in high-volume telephone customer service, preferably in a Relationship Center. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
