We are seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** to focus on HR subsystems, contributing to employee development, strengthening organizational culture, and providing strategic support to managers. **Key responsibilities:** * Lead **Recruitment and Selection** processes, from resume screening through interviews and profile alignment with managers; * Manage **onboarding** and monitor the employee journey; * Support **Training and Development** initiatives—including needs assessment, training organization, and outcome tracking; * Participate in **organizational climate, engagement, and internal marketing** activities; * Support managers on topics related to **performance, feedback, and team development**; * Contribute to maintaining and updating **HR policies, procedures, and practices**; * Support HR metrics management and reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration**, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR activities (R\&S, T\&D, climate, culture); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal relationship capabilities. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in development programs, performance evaluation, or internal marketing; * Experience with HR metrics and tools; * Experience working in dynamic organizational environments.
