Job Summary: Responsible for leading tax/fiscal and financial areas, ensuring compliance, optimization, and strategic management of budgets and teams. Key Highlights: 1. Pursuit of tax optimization and team development * Prioritize activities in tax/fiscal areas; * Plan, coordinate, and control the execution of the annual budget (budget and forecast), aligned with the company's strategic goals; * Ensure accurate accounting of all corporate acts and events, based on current legislation and sound accounting practices; * Coordinate tax calculation and submission of ancillary fiscal obligations, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation; * Conduct internal audits and serve as the primary liaison during external audits; * Analyze and propose ethical, legally compliant opportunities for tax savings, fiscal incentives, and special tax regimes; * Supervise fixed asset controls and periodic inventories; * Monitor project and cost center performance, ensuring alignment with financial planning; * Lead and develop the tax/fiscal team, promoting training, evaluation, and continuous improvement; * Maintain direct relationships with other strategic departments, contributing to action plan definition and financial guidance. * Availability to work during the following hours: **Central: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM;** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC); * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or related fields (desirable); * Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory; * CPA certification is desirable; * Solid experience in managing financial, accounting, and fiscal areas; * Proven experience in team leadership and strategic engagement with senior management; * Ability to easily access DN's facility located in the Vista Alegre neighborhood — Lagoa Santa/MG. Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$15,000.00 — R$20,000.00 per month
