The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Dentist – Endodontics **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal/voucher allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE REGIONAL DENTAL COUNCIL (CRO). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the Regional Council corresponding to the professional’s area of practice. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL DENTAL CARE. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of rejection of submitted documents. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
