Propose process improvements and automation **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and monitor IT projects, requests, and business processes. * Understand user needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements, focusing on process improvement and optimization. * Act as the liaison between business areas and the IT team, facilitating communication, understanding of requests, and alignment of expectations. * Support managers in prioritizing requests, considering business impact, technical feasibility, risks, and operational capacity. * Map internal processes, information flows, and user journeys, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Propose process improvements, standardization, and automation, aiming for operational efficiency, reduced rework, and better system utilization. * Organize and track schedules, action plans, tasks, deadlines, and responsible parties, ensuring visibility and control over deliverables. * Support the assessment of technical feasibility of new solutions, in collaboration with the IT team. * Lead progress meetings, record decisions, pending items, and next steps, ensuring clear and objective communication among stakeholders. * Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, requirements, and system user manuals. * Prepare status reports and metrics for management decision-making support. * Support user training and promote best practices for tool and system usage. * Contribute to demand portfolio organization and to the gradual development of a project-oriented and continuous improvement culture within the company. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday * On-site at the Porto Alegre city center **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher R$ 35.00 per day * Food Allowance R$ 300.00 per month * Transportation Voucher * Discount Club * Wellhub * Conexa Saúde * Unimed Health and Dental Plan
