**12X36 SHIFT (7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM)** Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and control of materials, parts, and tools, guaranteeing inventory accuracy through efficient handling of Material Requisitions (MRs), correct picking and dispatch of requested items, as well as execution of cyclic and general inventories, thereby supporting continuity and efficiency of company operations. ***Detailed description:*** * Receive items delivered to the warehouse by suppliers or contracted carriers, verifying physical items (parts, materials, tools, etc.) against the invoice (NF) and purchase order (PO); * Notify the Purchasing Agent in case of potential discrepancies or non-conformities, preventing receipt of unapproved items, partial deliveries, and/or items of questionable quality; * Follow Purchasing Agent instructions regarding item receipt or return; * Store received items in pre\-defined locations within the warehouse according to their characteristics (weight, dimensions, nature / e.g., chemicals, etc.), recording the respective location in the adopted IT system; * Enter invoices (NFs) into the Benner system to ensure accurate stock volume (accounting); * Confirm item receipt to Users via e\-mail; * Assist in item identification when registering new items in the Benner system, in accordance with the current Coding Tree; * Fulfill Users’ Material Requisitions (MRs) by picking and making available the requested items; when operating at the MTZ warehouse, transfer items to Unit warehouses as needed; * Conduct inventories (cyclic and general) per established procedures; * Maintain orderly flow, organization, and cleanliness of items within the warehouse facilities; * Provide data to Purchasing Agents to support evaluation of supplier performance regarding PO fulfillment and delivery timelines; * Develop cost reduction initiatives (savings) and other value\-adding projects for the company (e.g., optimization of storage, handling, and warehousing space resources; process synergy within warehouse operations; improvements in safety and ergonomics, etc.); * Fully comply with Work Instructions (ITs) issued by the Supply Chain Department; * Perform duties relevant to the functional area using company\-adopted equipment and software; * Carry out other tasks compatible with job requirements; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations established by the organization, following all procedures and guidelines to ensure service quality.
