Requirements: \- Post-sales experience (parts and services) preferred \- Skills in customer service, sales, and customer relationship management. \- Completed high school education \- Passion for motorcycles \- Category A driver's license (CNH A) Responsibilities: Receive and provide technical support to customers; * Identify maintenance or inspection needs and requirements; * Monitor, inspect, and prioritize workshop services; * Establish deadlines, inform prices and payment terms; * Manage warranty claim processes and requests; * Prepare quotations and create service orders in the system; * Issue parts orders and invoices; * Track parts and warranty requests; * Keep customers informed about service progress and completion; * Close service orders and ensure vehicle delivery with quality; * Register customers and guarantee proper warranty control for performed services; * Inventory control.
