If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Monitor the development of projects requested by clients, ensuring compliance with established requirements regarding internal procedures, technical specifications, legal aspects, and quality regulations, aiming to verify that projects meet both company and client expectations. **Detailed Description:** * Implement and apply approved tools related to analysis, management, execution, and quality improvement of projects under your responsibility, in accordance with internal procedures, safety standards, and applicable legislation, aiming to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Monitor indicators and historical data related to the quality of completed projects, performing critical analyses of results, identifying deviations, and proposing mitigation actions to leadership. * Carry out actions established to address non-conformities identified during internal and external audits, to ensure project alignment with quality requirements defined by leadership. * Apply departmental operational procedures to contribute to expected organizational outcomes and systemic governance of projects under your responsibility. * Identify potential risks to project quality, conduct studies and analyses, and propose mitigation solutions to guarantee projected outcomes. * Control the accuracy and currency of all documents used in projects under your responsibility—including manuals, procedures, standards, among others—as well as control project-generated documents such as various warranty certificates, acceptance certificates, test certificates, material certificates, among others, to verify that all utilized documents are validated and in their most recent version, and to verify that resources (materials, equipment, and personnel) meet project-defined requirements. * Perform assigned activities according to received planning, with supervision and/or support from professionals with higher technical expertise or direct manager—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
