We are looking for a professional responsible for leading teams and overseeing operations, ensuring quality, organization, and safety in processes. Main responsibilities: * Management of operational teams; * Material control and service monitoring; * Assurance of quality in performed activities; * Team training and guidance; * Preparation of performance reports; * Supplier management; * Service monitoring and compliance with safety regulations Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical course preferred); * Minimum 3 years of experience in people and operations management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and operating systems; * Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.
