The company is seeking a Psychology Intern in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Assist the senior consultant in activities focused on human and organizational development within large enterprises. Conduct group activities and dynamics for team-building workshops. Carry out research on topics related to enhancing socioemotional competencies, such as self-awareness, confidence, conflict management, collaboration, personal accountability, communication, among others. Create innovative presentations using Canva. Provide general support in consulting activities, contributing to the development of technical-commercial proposals and lesson plans. Prepare training materials and logistics, conduct benchmarking, and perform administrative tasks. Previous internships in Human Resources, Therapy, Mental Health, or Psychopedagogy may indicate affinity with some of the responsibilities of this position.
