Our firm represents major financial institutions and stands out for its innovation-oriented approach, holding AB2L (Brazilian Association of Lawtechs and Legaltechs) certification. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Assist the legal controller department; analyze publications extracted from courts. \- Analyze documentation provided by clients to file the appropriate action for credit recovery. \- Conduct and monitor notifications, protests, and letters of consent. \- Update internal case management systems and client systems. \- Read and schedule notifications for the responsible party. \- Organize and analyze documentation to advance low- and medium-complexity cases; Publication Analysis. \- Retrieve payment forms for procedural actions from court websites; perform both physical and digital filings. **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Law program, between the 5th and 7th semesters (mandatory) * Writing proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with E-SAJ, EPROC, PJE, and PROJUD systems **Skills / Competencies:** * Logical reasoning * Conciseness * Proactivity * Organization * Verbal and written communication * Interpersonal skills * Continuous improvement ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: R$1\.800,00 \+ R$643,00 meal card (20% payroll deduction) Benefits: Health and dental insurance, Life insurance Gynpass, Wellhub Access to Tangará and SESC OBS: 100% in-person Location: Uberlândia \- MG ***Important Note:*** We embrace Inclusion & Diversity; therefore, all our positions are also open to persons with disabilities.
