Results-oriented, proactive, and owner's mindset **Position: Operational Manager** **Compensation:** * Gross salary: R$ 4\.000,00 * Performance-based bonus opportunity Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration * Minimum 1 year of team management experience * Practical experience in: * People management (leadership, feedback, scheduling, performance) * Inventory control (receipts, shipments, losses, and audits) * Analysis and monitoring of the Income Statement (DRE) * Analytical, organized, and goal-oriented profile * Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment Main Responsibilities: * Manage all store operations (team, workflow, customer service, and organization) * Lead and develop the team to ensure high performance * Control inventory, reduce losses, and optimize purchasing * Monitor financial metrics and directly impact business results * Analyze the Income Statement (DRE) and propose actions to increase profitability and reduce costs * Ensure excellence in customer experience * Implement and maintain efficient operational processes * Directly contribute to the company's growth strategy * Manage and resolve conflicts within the team and/or with customers Ideal Candidate Profile: * Strong leadership combined with emotional intelligence * Hands-on approach \+ strategic vision * Focus on tangible results (not just operations) * Proactive and owner's mindset * Energy to thrive in night shifts and high-demand environments Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in bars, nightclubs, or event venues * Experience with revenue targets and increasing average transaction value * Knowledge of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) Additional Information: * On-site work * Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
