We are looking for someone communicative, organized, and energetic who wants to grow with us. **Responsibilities:** * Make initial contact with customers (phone calls, WhatsApp, and email); * Qualify leads according to profile and interest; * Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team; * Record and update information in the CRM; * Receive customers at the office when necessary; * Support simple administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization and discipline; * Proficiency with digital tools; * Experience in sales, prospecting, or customer service is a plus. **Job Benefits:** * Fixed salary + commission per sold lead; * Meal allowance of R$ 300 + transportation allowance of R$ 200.00 (CAJU card) — total R$ 500.00; * Dynamic work environment with real growth opportunities; * Solid and expanding company in the solar energy sector. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:48 PM **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT contract **JOIN ROMASOL!** Become part of our team and experience our story firsthand.
