Job Summary: Responsible for negotiating with suppliers, executing quotations, managing purchases and rentals, and evaluating suppliers to ensure optimal conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Skill in effective communication and decision-making \- Negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules; \- Execute quotation processes and finalize purchases and rentals of materials and equipment for construction projects; \- Monitor procurement procedures from requisition receipt through delivery; \- Responsible for supplier evaluation; \- Maintain and update the list of approved suppliers as well as departmental performance indicators. **Mandatory Requirements:** Experience in purchasing roles. \- Budgeting/price inquiries/analysis of best proposals/conditions \- Negotiation: Ability to ethically and strategically negotiate payment terms, prices, and delivery schedules. **Effective Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal customers, articulate ideas, and present sound arguments. **Organization and Planning:** Essential for managing multiple tasks, quotations, and deadlines within an intensive workflow. **Strategic Vision:** Modern procurement requires long-term vision and the ability to add strategic value to the business—not merely perform operational tasks. **Emotional Intelligence:** Critical for handling pressure, managing conflicts, and maintaining rationality during negotiations or stressful situations. **Decision-Making:** Ability to make quick and effective decisions based on data and analysis. **Required:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting at R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
