\*Job Title: PHARMACY SALES ASSISTANT\* \*Responsibilities:\* Greet customers at the counter and via telephone with courtesy and efficiency. Clarify questions regarding dosage, indications, and methods of use of medications, always under pharmacist supervision. Verify medical prescriptions to ensure compliance with current regulations. Select, package, and deliver medications and products as requested. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the counter and shelves. Monitor product expiration dates and assist in inventory organization. Support the pharmacist in controlling restricted medications, in accordance with ANVISA Ordinance No. 344/98. Notify the pharmacist of situations requiring technical attention. Comply with Good Dispensing Practices guidelines. \*Requirements:\* Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is mandatory. \*Work Schedule:\* Rotating shift pattern: 6 days on / 1 day off, or 12 hours on / 36 hours off (morning/afternoon/night). \*Compensation:\* 100% commission-based. The amount of R$1\.785,29 represents a minimum guaranteed salary if sales targets are not met. However, this does not mean the employee receives R$ 1\.785,29 plus commission; it is an isolated floor salary guarantee.
