The Optical Fiber Operator will be responsible for carrying out activities related to the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of optical fiber networks, ensuring service quality and proper functioning of the infrastructure. The role will be performed in the field and/or laboratory, following technical standards and safety procedures. Requirements: High school diploma; Availability for travel; CNH – National Driver’s License AB; Technical experience in telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures and diagnostics: Ability to identify and resolve network issues, such as connectivity failures and weak signals. And, most importantly, strong communication skills, ethics, approachability, and courtesy toward our customers and colleagues.
