Key Responsibilities: * Attend to customer requests; * Team management; * Monitor and control team and store performance indicators; develop and execute action plans to achieve store targets under your responsibility; * Serve as the store’s liaison with administrative and support departments; manage store finances, infrastructure, product inventory, personnel, and store supply inventory; * Ensure all legally required documentation complies with applicable legislation; * Implement loss prevention, risk mitigation, and safety procedures; * Interface with regulatory authorities; * Guarantee proper store organization, pricing, and cleanliness according to established standards. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Retail industry experience and prior leadership roles; * Postgraduate studies in a relevant field will be considered a plus; * Availability to work varied shifts and schedules.
