If you have commercial experience, strong communication skills, and enjoy challenges, this opportunity may be right for you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Proactively prospect new clients via phone, e\-mail, networking, and professional social platforms;** * **Conduct commercial visits and solution presentations;** * **Assess client needs and prepare commercial proposals;** * **Negotiate and close contracts;** * **Monitor project implementation;** * **Manage and maintain client portfolio relationships;** * **Post\-sales support and customer retention;** * **Update CRM, sales pipeline, and commercial reports;** * **Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.** **Requirements** * **Commercial experience, preferably in consultative sales;** * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;** * **Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and negotiation aptitude;** * **CRM tool knowledge is a plus;** * **Experience in technology, outsourcing, or corporate services sectors is desirable.** * **Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (completed or in progress) is desirable;** **Job Details** * **Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)** * **Base salary: R$ 1\.650,00** * **Commission: 3% of the total value of closed contracts** * **Allowance: R$ 1\.000,00 per month (R$ 250,00 weekly)** **What We Offer** * **Opportunity for professional growth;** * **Working in an expanding market;** * **Collaborative environment focused on results;** * **Commercial training and support.** Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.650,00 per month Work location: On\-site
