Responsibilities and Duties Monitor General Services processes, including department cleaning and maintenance, gardening, selective waste collection, and building maintenance. Supervise daily service execution according to schedule. Monitor activities of departmentalized employees. People management and proactivity. Requirements and Qualifications Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration / Civil Engineering or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Residence in Uberaba or Conceição das Alagoas. Desirable Requirements National Driver's License (CNH) Category B. Salary Range To be discussed. Employment Type CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws).
