We believe innovation thrives in an environment rich in differences across all dimensions—such as age, gender, sexual orientation, identity, race, disability, or religion. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Register and update key information for customers, suppliers, and materials. * Ensure adherence to agreed KPIs and support the team in achieving and maintaining optimal results. * Maintain high standards of data quality and governance. * Support various departments with inquiries regarding certified or blocked (blacklisted) entities. * Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Systems Analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to ensure robust data protection and certification processes. * Support the Master Data team in highly complex situations, acting as the accountable party to ensure business operations remain unaffected. * Work closely with IT and other departments to mitigate incidents and ensure solutions are implemented effectively. * Actively participate in strategic projects from other areas requiring Master Data support, representing the Master Data function to ensure best practices are applied and business operational outcomes are delivered. * Propose system and process improvements focused on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Master Data operations and processes. * Guide IT Product Owners in developing functional specifications for system enhancements, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Act as custodian and owner of business rules, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date and aligned with best practices and Global Process Owner guidelines. * Work closely with Master Data customers, delivering training and guidance to ensure proper and efficient use of tools. * Monitor and lead investigations of alerts (hits) from Blue Umbrella and Dow Jones, preparing reports documenting all sanctioned entities, in direct coordination with Legal, SRM, and Senior Corporate Counsel. * Prepare, execute, and validate audit reports, including SOX process compliance. * Manage archiving of records and documents required for future reference and audits. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related fields; * Fluent English; * SAP knowledge; * Microsoft 360\. **What will be your work schedule?** Administrative **What will be your work model?** Hybrid (on-site for 10–12 days per month) **ATTENTION: It is mandatory to attach an updated resume at the time of application.** **What do we offer?** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Transportation Allowance or Shuttle Service\*; * Life Insurance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Private Pension Plan; * Gym Assistance; * Meal Allowance; * Cafeteria or Meal Voucher\*; * Employee Assistance Program (Apoiar); * Wellness Program (Wellness); * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; * School Supplies Assistance\*\*; * *Benefits may vary by location.* *\*\*Benefit applicable to children aged 5 to under 13* **About Us** With a mission to help the world produce the food it needs, Mosaic operates from mine to field.
