If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Ensure execution and results of engineering projects under your responsibility, detailing the project plan according to alignment with responsible professionals, acting as liaison with stakeholders, and monitoring activities across various disciplines to contribute to contract fulfillment within specifications agreed upon with the client. **Detailed Description:** * Monitor project progress across all phases, involving various stakeholders according to the established schedule, identifying critical aspects and analyzing causes of deviations from schedule or budget, implementing approved corrective actions, aiming to align all parties on work progress and potential impacts across disciplines and projects. * Control project costs and measure service delivery performance of project suppliers, verifying actual technical staff performance with technical professionals, generating purchase requisitions and releasing payments per company procedures. * Apply project development methodologies as well as tools for planning formulation, control, and evaluation, tracking approval milestones and conducting necessary liaisons to ensure activity direction as planned. * Monitor field team activities and deliverables to ensure construction progress remains aligned with the plan and take corrective action in case of deviations. * Prepare budgetary and technical feasibility analyses for projects within your area of responsibility, following internal methodologies and procedures to meet the scope contracted with the client. * Prepare partial and final reports for projects under your responsibility, highlighting any issues identified, to support the contract manager in decision-making. * Support less technically experienced professionals on complex tasks by sharing knowledge and contributing to their development. * Support your immediate manager in processes inherent to your area of expertise, leveraging experience for self-development. * Execute implementation of departmental work plans and procedures, carrying out and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. * Contribute to process improvement, materials, products, and other opportunities aligned with safety, quality, and performance principles of the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirement:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: Araxá/MG * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits Included in this Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
