Job Summary: Professional responsible for promoting occupational health and safety, implementing preventive standards and practices, conducting inspections, and supporting training in micro-optical fiber projects. Support safety awareness training sessions and lectures Promote and ensure occupational health and safety by implementing preventive standards and practices to prevent accidents, protect employee well-being, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation in micro-optical fiber deployment projects. Conduct safety inspections in operational and administrative areas, reporting non-conformities. Monitor employees' use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Support safety awareness training sessions and lectures. Assist in preparing safety reports and legal documentation (e.g., PPRA, PCMSO, and JSA). **EDUCATION:** Technical Course in Occupational Safety (registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE). Additional certifications in first aid, fire fighting, and ergonomics (preferred). **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of up to **2 years of experience in occupational safety or supervised internship in occupational safety**, preferably in construction sites or telecommunications and infrastructure projects. **Familiarity with operational environments, but under constant supervision by more experienced professionals.** **KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs): Familiarity with NRs applicable to the organization, such as NR-5 (CIPA), NR-6 (PPE), NR-9 (PGR), NR-12 (Machine and Equipment Safety), among others. Continuous updating on legislative and regulatory changes.
