We have an opening for a Nursing Technician for the ICU of our unit located in Serra! **Benefits:** * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE * MEALS ON SITE (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack) * AURORA HEALTH PLAN * MEDICAL ASSISTANCE * DENTAL PLAN * PARTNERSHIP WITH ARAUJO PHARMACY * PARTNERSHIP WITH UNIVERSITIES (up to 40% discount on tuition fees) **Work schedule**: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- 12x36 shift pattern **Salary:** BRL 2,125.60 \+ nursing minimum wage supplement. **Job description:** * Provide comprehensive care to patients admitted to the ICU/UTI; * Administer medications according to medical prescriptions; * Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the care team; * Assist with medium- and high-complexity procedures; * Perform care for invasive devices such as catheters, drains, and tubes; * Carry out patient hygiene and comfort measures; * Record information and clinical progress in medical records; * Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper storage of materials and equipment; * Follow institutional patient safety and hospital infection control protocols; * Comply with technical, ethical, and biosafety standards. **Requirements:** * Completed Nursing Technician course; * Active registration with COREN; * Prior experience in ICU/UTI preferred Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Up to BRL 2,125.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * ICU (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
