The professional will be responsible for correctly identifying and interpreting the customer's needs and service orders, opening service orders (SO) in the Dealer Management System (DMS). Must request parts at the Parts Counter, verify their suitability, and select the necessary tools for each service, following established procedures. Prepares vehicles using protective covers and checks safety items, tires, brakes, filters, and other components. Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electro-electronic, and body systems using information platforms, technical bulletins, recalls, and campaigns. Prepares estimates based on vehicle mileage and assessed items, performs inspections and replaces damaged parts, using advanced-mode wiTECH tools to update modules and record events in ScanReport. Performs wheel alignment and balancing, and ensures execution of recalls. Keeps replaced parts organized for customer presentation, signs completed service orders, maintains cleanliness and organization according to the 5S standard, participates in internal training, and continuously updates knowledge. Also monitors customer satisfaction indicators and implements improvements when necessary, always using PPE correctly.
