Come join our team as a **Warehouse Clerk!**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and inspect materials in the warehouse; release carriers upon delivery confirmation; enter inspection data into the blind map;
* Receive general cargo, which may or may not require working at height;
* Examine the quality of purchased products and report any deviations from established specifications to the procurement department;
* Store and organize materials using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift), preserving their physical integrity and usability according to specified characteristics, to facilitate location and handling;
* Monitor inventory levels of stored materials by preparing spreadsheets, reviewing system reports, updating data, and performing physical counts to maintain accurate stock levels;
* Receive and dispense diesel and explosives, recording quantities in designated spreadsheets and forwarding them to the lead warehouse clerk;
* Serve users at the warehouse counter, always verifying the Material Requisition Form (MRF) against delivered materials—description, unit of measure, quantity, and material location; \- Record material requisitions (MRFs) in the system immediately after material delivery, using product code and unit of measure;
* Log incidents in the shift logbook: material receipt (invoice number), material delivery without MRF (e.g., due to power outage or system failure), material requests with zero stock balance, among others—acting promptly to resolve issues;
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace;
* Perform other duties as required and/or at the discretion of the supervisor.
**Requirements**
* Knowledge of Integrated Systems;
* Knowledge of Materials Storage;
* Knowledge of Routine Management;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Prior experience as a warehouse clerk is desirable;
* Availability to work rotating shifts;
* Brazilian driver’s license, Category B;
* Residence in Conceição do Pará or Pitangui
