**Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the complex (theaters, concession stands, restrooms, common areas, and administrative areas), ensuring organization and hygiene. * Restock cleaning supplies and hygiene consumables (paper, soap, etc.), ensuring continuous availability for customers and staff. * Accurately follow company-established cleaning procedures, routines, and schedules. * Properly use cleaning products and equipment, adhering to safety standards. * Support ongoing cleaning during cinema operations, responding promptly to emergency situations. * Maintain work equipment and tools in good condition. * Report any maintenance needs, irregularities, or issues affecting cleanliness and organization to the supervisor. * Contribute to a pleasant environment, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external customers. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in cleaning and facility maintenance (preferred). * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their applications. * Attention to detail and commitment to organization. * Agility and physical stamina for operational tasks. * Commitment to safety and hygiene standards. * Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **Compensation:** * Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 Schedule: 6x1 – with one fixed weekly day off and one Sunday off per month (in accordance with current legislation). **03 positions \- shifts: \- 07:00–15:30 / 08:00–16:30 / 09:00–17:30, with a 1-hour break (rotating schedule)** **01 position for the shift 14:30–22:30, with a 1-hour break.** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 28.00 per day (average R$ 600.00\) * Transportation allowance * Dental plan * Wellhub \- gym membership program * Birthday Day-Off (a day off on your birthday) * Performance-based bonuses Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Payment: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Screening question(s): * Are you available to work on a 6x1 schedule with one fixed weekly day off and one or two Sundays off per month (per current legislation)? * Are you available for rotating shifts: \- 07:00–15:30 / 08:00–16:30 / 09:00–17:30? * ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK AFTERNOON AND NIGHT SHIFT \- 14:30–22:30?
