The professional will be responsible for serving customers, scheduling services, preparing estimates, managing vehicle entry and exit at the workshop, and other customer service-related tasks. Responsibilities: * Serve customers in person and by telephone * Schedule vehicle maintenance and repair services * Prepare estimates and close service orders * Manage vehicle entry and exit at the workshop * Maintain an organized and clean workplace * Provide courteous and efficient customer service Requirements: * Prior experience in customer service * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure * Completed high school education
