Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Project Management is desirable. * Advanced English proficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in the product development team. * Request quotations for modifications or development of new products. * Develop project and product homologation test plans and coordinate test execution. * Define standards and product specifications, conduct DFMEA, and participate in PFMEA creation/update. * Provide product technical support to internal and external customers. * Implement engineering modifications/deviations in the company’s integrated system, prepare bills of materials, and conduct follow-up. * Work on cost reduction proposals and related implementation activities (CTO). * Coordinate product development and prototype fabrication activities, fostering information synergy among customers (internal and external) and suppliers. * Coordinate the preparation of product technical documentation for customer system integration.
