We are looking for professionals with knowledge and experience in the field, who are proactive, organized, committed, have good communication skills, enjoy working in teams and taking on challenges. **Vacancies are also available for PwD (Persons with Disabilities) in accordance with Decree No. 5,296 dated 12/02/2004.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Act as the planning team’s focal point, establishing direct interfaces with key internal and external stakeholders; * Develop schedules for major shutdowns, including timelines, histograms, required resources, and budgets. * Coordinate and participate in planning meeting agendas with clients and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and continuous alignment; * Integrate schedules within MS-Project software, being responsible for the overall schedule with an integrated view across all disciplines and contracted companies; * Prepare reports (S-Curve, Scheduling, Documentation Control, among others); * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities with a focus on safety. * Monitor progress of maintenance activities and adjust action plans as necessary to meet deadlines. * Lead the shutdown planning process, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to established deadlines; **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in planning and executing maintenance during large industrial shutdowns. * Ability to work in teams. * Communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in planning and maintenance management software (e.g., MS Project, SAP PM, Office Suite). * Experience in Fertilizer and Sulfuric Acid plants is a plus. **Additional information** Benefits: * Transportation; * Meals; * Life insurance; * Health plan; * Dental plan; * Totalpass; * Starbem; * Avus; * Payroll-deductible loan; * Partnerships with universities; * Qualidados University; * SESC partnership.
