Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and inspect mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring team safety and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Train and guide the maintenance team **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities through planning and organization; * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services on mechanical equipment; * Conduct quality inspections of mechanical maintenance services; * Manage inventory of mechanical materials; * Ensure team safety during service execution; * Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements; * Maintain accurate records of performed services; * Participate in planning meetings to discuss improvements; * Train and guide the mechanical maintenance team; * Implement safety standards and procedures for mechanical maintenance; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of mechanical maintenance processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Mechanical or Electromechanical technical course; * Driver's License: Class B. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
