If you possess strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and solid technical experience, this opportunity may be right for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the industrial maintenance team and processes, ensuring equipment remains in optimal condition and production operations continue uninterrupted. * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and priorities. * Support the definition of technical standards for maintenance service execution. * Participate in the department’s budget planning, monitoring costs and actions within the designated system. * Support audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. * Monitor KPIs, goals, and objectives, proposing solutions to optimize resources and operational outcomes. * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in **Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Electroelectronics**.
