Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include**: * Developing and detailing multidisciplinary projects, with a predominant focus on mechanical engineering, ensuring technical accuracy and cross-disciplinary integration. * Conducting field surveys whenever necessary, identifying real-world conditions and constraints to support project development. * Reviewing and interpreting technical documents, internal standards, regulatory norms, and engineering standards applicable to the discipline and project. * Coordinating multidisciplinary designs, ensuring alignment among mechanical, civil, electrical, automation, and other involved engineering disciplines. * Evaluating, reviewing, and commenting on received designs, issuing multidisciplinary technical opinions—with special emphasis on the mechanical discipline. * Supporting on-site project execution, assisting in construction inspection, and serving as a technical reference for monitoring compliance with design specifications. * Verifying adherence to regulatory standards and Mosaic’s corporate standards, ensuring technical guidelines are followed throughout design and execution phases. * Collaborating with internal and external teams to foster efficient integration among engineering, maintenance, operations, and construction departments **For this position, we expect you to have**: * Education: Technical course in Civil Construction Drafting and/or Metallurgy and/or Building Construction and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electroelectronics and/or Mechanical Engineering and/or Electromechanical Engineering and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Driver’s License Category B * Experience in medium- and large-sized companies, preferably in mining and fertilizers sectors. * Proficiency in drafting and modeling tools, especially AutoCAD. * Solid experience in mechanical design projects and multidisciplinary coordination processes. * Ability to work on-site and interpret real-world scenarios to support engineering decisions. * Desired knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) So, are you ready to embark on this journey?!
