A multinational company in the highway concession sector is seeking a **Senior Communication Analyst** to manage internal communication, promoting strategic alignment, employee engagement, and strengthening of organizational culture. The role’s mission is to support and propose strategic communication initiatives, gradually developing greater autonomy, critical thinking, and influence capacity, with potential for advancement to higher-responsibility roles within the area.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Plan, execute, and monitor the internal communication calendar, ensuring message consistency and alignment with company strategy.
* Develop internal engagement campaigns, organizational culture initiatives, and communications for strategic projects.
* Produce content for various internal channels (e-mails, intranet, announcements, bulletin boards, newsletters, presentations), ensuring clarity, conciseness, and adherence to the company’s tone of voice.
* Act as a partner to internal departments, understanding their needs and translating technical information into accessible and engaging communications.
* Support leadership in disseminating key messages by preparing materials and guidance for team communications.
* Organize and support internal events, endomarketing activities, and initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
* Monitor the effectiveness of internal communications through metrics and surveys, proposing continuous improvements.
* Ensure standardization of institutional communication within the company, safeguarding internal brand identity and reputation.
* Manage internal communication crises, supporting the development of clear and strategic messaging.
* Contribute to enhancing organizational climate by promoting transparency, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
### **Technical Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Prior experience in institutional relations, government relations, or related areas, preferably in regulated sectors or infrastructure.
* Ability to analyze political, regulatory, and community scenarios, transforming insights into practical recommendations.
* Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
**Preferred Qualification**
* Advanced English proficiency.
