If this profile resonates with you and you wish to become part of a team guided by excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Traffic Operator - Heavy-Duty Tow Truck is responsible for operating heavy-duty tow trucks to remove vehicles obstructing roadways, responding to incidents, and supporting safe and efficient traffic flow on highways. Additionally, they must ensure constant communication with the Operations Control Center (OCC) and coordinate vehicle removal activities in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures. * Operate heavy-duty tow trucks to remove accident-damaged, disabled, or roadway-obstructing vehicles, ensuring the safety of all involved; * If required, operate other operational vehicles such as light-duty tow trucks, cattle transport trucks, tanker trucks, and traffic inspection vehicles; * Ensure safety during vehicle removal processes by adhering to safety regulations and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Maintain constant communication with the OCC (Operations Control Center), reporting incident locations and receiving guidance for optimal service delivery; * Safely transport vehicles to designated locations (impound lots, repair shops, or final destinations), taking care to avoid damage to vehicles or roadways; * Collaborate with other support and security teams, such as traffic inspectors and security agents, during vehicle removal and transportation; * Inspect the heavy-duty tow truck before each operation to ensure equipment is in good working condition, performing preventive maintenance when necessary; * Complete incident and activity reports, including information about removed vehicles, time, location, and any other relevant service details; * Assist with traffic signage and control in vehicle removal zones, ensuring work is conducted safely without endangering drivers or other highway users; * Perform basic tow truck maintenance, such as checking fluids, tires, and other essential items to ensure vehicle operability; * Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, such as accidents or highway blockages, minimizing traffic impact; * Drive the vehicle safely in compliance with traffic regulations and other organizational requirements; * Understand and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions established by Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management systems, as applicable to their area of responsibility, per company directives or current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Driver's License Category E; Knowledge of heavy-duty tow truck operations, vehicle removal procedures, traffic signage, and highway safety regulations; Ability to work under pressure, especially during emergencies or heavy traffic; Proactivity in identifying issues and implementing rapid solutions during operations; Ability to handle complex or emergency traffic situations while maintaining composure and efficiency; Attention to detail and care in task execution to prevent damage to vehicles or highway infrastructure; Responsibility and commitment to personal and others' safety, always using PPE and following safety protocols. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 2-days-on / 2-days-off rotation; Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed State Plan); Life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Company-provided shuttle transportation. **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. For the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with the investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** The MS-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from kilometer zero at the Mato Grosso do Sul / Mato Grosso border to kilometer 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and also incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from kilometer zero to the Mato Grosso do Sul / Goiás border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul state. **Way-112** The Eastern Mato Grosso do Sul Highways Concessionaire S.A. manages the MS-112 highway and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), covering 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 concession segment extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers and crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR-262 highway concession, covering the stretch from kilometer 360+100 — at its junction with BR-381 in Betim — to kilometer 799 — at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba — totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais state, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, traversing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
